A place to start
Find the conversation that fits your concern.
Start with what matters to you.
Select a concern to explore the consultation focus.

Hair fall and thinning
Start with understanding why hair is falling.
Discuss increased hair fall, thinning or a widening parting. Hair fall has many causes, including nutrition, hormones, stress, scalp conditions and genetics, so a scalp assessment comes first.
What this may involve
- Hair fall treatment
- Hair thinning treatment
- GFC
- PRP
- Exosome therapy
- Hair transplantation
Decided after the clinician examines your scalp and hair.

Dandruff, itching and scalp care
Start with the health of your scalp.
Discuss flaking, itching or a scalp that feels irritated or dry. Your scalp, hair cycle and lifestyle are assessed before any treatment is recommended.
What this may involve
- Dandruff treatment
- Mesotherapy
- Microneedling / Dermapen
- Oxygen laser therapy
Decided after the clinician examines your scalp and hair.

Unwanted hair on the face and body
Start with your skin and hair type.
Discuss unwanted hair on the face, underarms, arms, legs or other areas. Laser hair removal is done as a course of sessions, and an assessment of your skin, hair and the treatment area comes first.
What this may involve
- Laser hair removal
Decided after the clinician examines your skin and hair.

Who each treatment may not suit
When we would ask you to wait.
Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. The clinician decides whether a treatment is right for you after examining your scalp, hair and skin. These are general cautions, not medical advice.
Hair fall and thinning
May need to wait or be avoided if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding (tell the clinician)
- there is an active infection, open wound or inflamed, painful scalp
- you take blood-thinning medicines or have a bleeding condition (tell the clinician before any treatment that uses your own blood)
- you are taking prescription medicines for hair loss or acne, such as isotretinoin (tell the clinician first)
Dandruff, itching and scalp care
May need to wait or be avoided if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding (tell the clinician)
- there is an active infection, open wound or broken skin on the scalp
- a scalp condition is flaring up or spreading. It needs to be examined first
- you have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device (tell the clinician)
Unwanted hair
May need to wait or be avoided if:
- you are pregnant or breastfeeding (tell the clinician)
- the skin is sunburnt, recently tanned or irritated
- a mole or dark patch in the area is new, growing or changing. It needs to be examined first
- you take medicines that make your skin more sensitive to light
- you have recently waxed or plucked the area (tell the clinician)
Before you book
Good questions. Clear answers.
Does submitting the form book my appointment?
No. The form is a request. Reception contacts you, answers your questions and offers a time. Your appointment is confirmed only when you agree a date and time with reception.
Will I be told the consultation fee before I commit?
Yes. Reception states the consultation fee, and what it includes, at the start of the call, before discussing anything else. You can decide then whether to go ahead.
What happens at the consultation?
The clinician examines your scalp, hair and skin, listens to your concern and explains what may help and whether treatment suits you. You are not committed to treatment by attending.
How is treatment cost decided?
It depends on your concern, the area treated and the clinician's assessment. For that reason it is quoted after the consultation, once your scalp, hair and skin have been examined.
Which hair treatment is right for me?
Hair concerns have many causes, including nutrition, hormones, stress, scalp conditions and genetics. The clinician decides what may suit you after assessing your scalp and hair, and explains the options before you decide.
How many sessions will I need?
It varies from person to person. The clinician explains the likely course after the assessment, and agrees it with you before you begin.
When will reception contact me?
In the contact window you choose on the form. Reception is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. If you submit the form when reception is closed, they contact you in your chosen window once they reopen.
Can I ask a question without requesting a consultation?
Yes. You can call +91 72000 91423. No appointment is held until reception confirms a time with you.
Is every treatment suitable for everyone?
No. Whether a treatment suits you is decided by the clinician after assessment. See "When we would ask you to wait" above, and tell the clinician about your health, any medicines you take and any pregnancy.
